Freedomleisure Summerfields is offering a free taster of the Women Only Swim Session on the evening of September 20, between 6-7pm.
The hour long session will have only female lifeguards in attendance and, with no spectators, this session allows otherwise self-conscious women to come and swim for free in complete confidence.

These Women Only Swim Sessions are timetabled weekly
, every Saturday night between 6 and 7pm at Freedomleisure Summerfields and normally cost £2.60 per session with a subsidised cost of 50p for use of the Centre's crèche, which will be open especially for the session.

The sessions are run in conjunction with Hastings and Rother Primary Care Trust and Active Hastings to increase the opportunities for everybody to enjoy and take part in physical activity.
Freedomleisure Summerfields recently received a 'Highly Commended Quest Award' for its high levels of customer service, cleanliness and management, combined with its high quality leisure facility provision.

This specifically tailored session is an example of how Freedomleisure is working with members and local groups to provide a wide range of services.

Freedomleisure successfully operates 14 leisure and fitness centres across Kent and Sussex including Bexhill, and Summerfields Leisure Centre, Falaise Fitness Centre, Helenswood and Hillcrest Sports Centre all in the Hastings area. The range of facilities across the two counties includes gyms, swimming pools, exercise studios and health suites, freedom cafes, crèches, soft play facilities and 10-pin bowling at Hailsham.
