n Firstly, may I apologise for the error I made last week saying that the Valentine’s Disco was on Friday when it was actually Saturday. Fortunately, it was a success and everyone that went had a good evening.
The organisers would like to thank the people who supported this event, including British Gypsum who donated a raffle prize.
n The lunch club were unable to eat out on February 13 due to the weather conditions.
The outing for February has now been cancelled and the next lunch will be on Monday March 5.
n The Horticultural Society AGM will take place in the village hall at 7.30pm on Tuesday February 21.
The meeting scheduled for February 7 had to be cancelled due to the bad weather. All welcome to attend on the 21st.
