Pett W.I. meeting at 2:30pm in Pett Village Hall. The speaker will be Mr. R McKenna who will talk about the “Cutty Sark”.

Pett Nats meeting at 7:30pm in Pett Village Hall. The speaker will be Colin Page and his talk will be on ‘A Countryman’s Journey’.

Church Services on Sunday February 19 – Book of Common Prayer Communion Service, St Nicholas, Pett Level at 8:00am with Kay Burnett; Sunday Service at the Methodist Chapel at 11:00am.

POPPs on Tuesday February 21 will feature Tai Chi with Annie Cryer. The session runs from 10:30am to 2:30pm and will include a two-course lunch for just £5.

POPP’s is also looking for volunteers between the hours of 8:30am to 2:30pm on a Tuesday. Help is needed setting up and manning tables as well as chatting to the guests and serving lunch. There are also kitchen duties available for those who prefer to work behind the scenes. You can do as many or as few hours or days as you please, and those working more than three hours will receive a home cooked lunch and pudding. Also on Tuesday February 21 Pett Parish Council will meet in Pett Village Hall at 7:30pm.

The Mobile Library will be in Pett and Pett Level on Wednesday February 22. It will start at the Church at 10.10am, moving on to Chick Hill at 10:50am and finishing at The Smuggler at 11.20am.
