A total, gem giving quality at brilliant prices, The Hair & Beauty Lounge has everything a woman wants whether you need a quick beauty fix to experiencing being pampered. As a qualified Beauty Therapist myself I have experience of delivering a full range of Beauty & Alternative therapies in two of the top industry salons. I can recommend that from the moment you step in this salon as a customer you are always greeted by professional staff who always give you their full attention and detailed quality care. As an ex City Of London resident it took me several years of living in East Sussex before I discovered this brilliant Hairdresser Azam. Azam's hair cutting skills are in the calibre of London's leading hair salons that I have repeatedly experienced in the past. Following two years of constant cancer treatments when my hair eventually started to grow back it was horribly brittle when I first met Azam. With time, a lot of quality care and nurturing Azam has transformed my hair into soft locks, yes locks I never thought I would regain, seriously. I can not thank her enough for her time and attention. Nothing is to much to ask from this lovely team of staff whatever your needs. What I really love about this salon is how accessible it is for all women to enter and to always be greeted in a friendly calm oasis, that it is not until I step outside that I realise what a great place it has been to escape to.

I don't know what I did before this salon, it has everything I need. Azam has managed to cut my fine and weak hair into a style that suits my face and has given it so much volume through blow drying it and finding me the perfect protein shampoo to rescue my hair. I always receive so many compliments when I have my eyebrows threaded and would not trust anyone else to create my perfect shape. I also have a bikini wax with Aj and feel so comfortable in this environment, I trust all the team here as they are so friendly and care about every treatment they give. I could not recommend the hair and beauty lounge enough, from the products to the staff it really is the best place for a true relaxing and beautifying experience!

Such friendly staff and atmosphere and amazing quality treatments, I can't believe this salon isn't in London, it's standards are the best I've experienced, I trust Azam and AJ with anything! I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I have been going to Asam's for over 3 years along with my mum, sister and brother. Asam has been doing my eyebrows, cutting my hair and colouring it perfectly since I've been going to the salon. I originally went to her as I had previously been having my eyebrows waxed at another salon and the beautician hadn't ruined the shape of them. Within a few months Asam had completely transformed my eyebrows and they look amazing. She knows exactly what is good for my hair and since seeing her, my hair is much thicker and healthier. I completely trust Asam and her team with all my beauty needs, so much so that she did my hair and AJ did my make up for my 21st. Everyone commented on my hair and make up that evening! Asam and AJ will be the ones to do my hair and make up for my wedding day, I wouldn't want anyone else to do it! Emily is a natural with regards to gel nails and they always look so professional after she's done them. I recommend anyone to go to the salon and see how talented this dedicated team are, they are always happy to see you and will always try and fit you in at the last minute. The service they provide is professional, exemplary and all the staff are excellent at what they do!

The Hair and Beauty Lounge is a fab one stop shop for beauty and hair treatments. Asam is an eyebrow genius... Mine have never looked better! Asam and her team are so friendly and inviting, from hair colour and styling to manicures, threading, waxing or just a cup of tea and a natter there's nowhere else I'd rather go!

I called the salon yesterday to arrange appointment told them I was new to area looking for new therapist to do my eyebrows which I have done on a weekly basis, appointment booked with no questions of skin test etc! I arrive at salon 5ins before my appointment and get told I can't have tint done unless I sign disclaimer which I was happy to do this so I filled out forms now its 15 minutes after my appointment and the owner of salon comes out and sits me in chair( in the 15 mins I was waiting all girls where running around nothing organised no one knows what they doing) so I'm booked in for threading and tint! So owner starts PLUCKING my eyebrows and more plucking then a cut throat razor comes out!! Now Iv had my eyebrows threaded by the best of the best for last year and never has she used cut throat razor... I could of plucked them myself the reason I don't is because they grow back in growing which is painful the reason I shopped around for somebody that did threading she said she can't get a shape with threading!! And now tells me after she plucked them to death that she cannot do my tinting!? They had my telephone number why not call to let me know she couldn't do them why wait till the end of appointment?? This is untrue I work for a MAJOR salon and would never treat any of my clients like this i am totally disgusted I have phoned another salon and am going there to fix what this lady has done to me!! I will be telling all my friends and family in the area of this shoddy place and defiantly won't be going back £10 to pluck eyebrows I wouldn't even pay that in London! If this lady knew whom I was she would of made a better effort I'm sure but why do I have tell everyone to get a good service?? So azar Azam whatever your name is you are running this salon shockingly!!

The Hair and Beauty Lounge offer a wide range of treatments in a lovely atmosphere. The staff are fantastic, friendly people who really care about the services they offer and how it makes you feel. You truely will not want to go anywhere else when you have been to see these talented people. Always welcoming and professional and totally trustworth. I can't stay enough to say how high i value their services. Azam is amazing! Thank you.

An incredible salon with a full range of services. I came to Hastings from Glasgow for a wedding and this team of talented ladies totally transformed me. From my manicure to my tints, my amazing hair (which received constant compliments) to the best brow-work in the business. Azam knows brows like no other and I wish she worked in Glasgow! I spent a very enjoyable morning at The Hair & Beauty Lounge and cannot recommend them highly enough; a truly incredible team - thanks! Kx

I have tried many hairdressers and many beauty salons both in Hastings and in London and I feel so at home at The Hair and Beauty Lounge St Leonards-on-Sea. It was quite by chance that I went in for an appointment to have my hair done, the welcome was fantastic. It was so nice to find someone who actually knew what hairstyle would suit me. I was so please with my new look. I have also had threading and waxing there and can not fault anything. I am so pleased with all the treatments I have had and I am going to try the body massage next. I would recommend my friends to this salon which has been decorated to a very high specification which adds to the experience.

I was recommended The Hair and Beauty lounge by my friend. My eyebrows had no shape and looked awful. When I first walked into the salon I was greeted by Azam (salon owner). She was so warming and instantly made me feel relaxed. I knew from that moment I could trust her, she had so much experience and really told me things I never knew about my eyebrows!. The threading was amazing. I had threading before in London but they didnt take their time and rushed it! My eyebrows were 100 times better. Azam took her time with them making sure they were perfect! I get so many compliments on my eyebrows. THANK YOU AZAM!! Not only do I get my eyebrows done at the salon I now am an official client getting waxing, manicures even my hair cut and coloured! I also tried the St Tropez spray tan. I was a little nervous as I had a very bad experience (oomaloompah style!!) with a spray tan from a different salon. I am quite fair so was very worried how it would look. Aj reassured me this one was completely different, and she was right!! The tan was amazing so natural. Not orange! It looked like I had been on holiday to the Bahamas! I was so happy!! I am now a regualr spray Tanner at the salon aswellll!!
I cannot say how amazing the staff at the salon are! They make me feel welcome and I will gladly recommend all my friends and family without a doubt. They work on 100% and nothing less. I am so pleased when I walk out the door. I feel a million dollars! I could go on and on! Try the salon and you will not be disapointed. THANK YOU AZAM, AJ AND EMILY!!
