Diet guru Rosemary Conley brought her roadshow to the Hastings Centre this week.

Around 360 ladies -and a few men- from around the South East region took part in talks about healthy eating and exercise last Friday.

Local Rosemary Conley Diet and Fitness Club franchisee, Lisa Driver, said: "It was a great day. The Hastings Centre gave us a lovely welcome and did a fantasic healthy lunch.

"People went away buzzing. Rosemary invited anyone to the stage who had lost three stone or more and when calculated together it came to a total of 150stone, which wasn't even incuding the loads of people that had lost less than three stone!"

For more information or to join the Hastings, St.Leonards, Bexhill and Battle club call Lisa on 01424 756763.
