Ashburnham & Penhurst WI are meeting on Monday February 18 in the Village Hall at 7.30pm when John Cormode will be speaking about Grassroots – an organisation that teaches suicide alertness and intervention skills. Their competition this month is ‘A WI Limerick’ – so come on, all you budding poets!

Ashburnham & Penhurst Parish Council are meeting on March 6, 6.30pm at the Sports Pavilion. All residents of both villages are welcome to attend.
The church will once again be holding a breakfast and short service in Ashburnham Village Hall on Mothers’ Day - Sunday March 10. There will be a choice of full English or Continental breakfast, and then Renee Durndell will conduct a special Mothering Sunday Family Service.
