The Rye Retreat has also bought a buddy bench for Rye Primary School. This is where children who feel they are being bullied can sit and expect to get help and support.
Rye Retreat owner Jenny Sperring is opening her garden for St Michaels Hospice. She will be having a fairy garden, face painting, magic and an art work sale with strawberries and cream teas. It takes place on Tuesday July 26 from 10am - 4pm at Burnt Oak Manor, Grove Lane, Iden.
