Friday 2 October Yoga is being held in Udimore Community Hall at 9.30am. Brede Farmers Market is from 10am – 12 noon in Brede Village Hall. I noticed last week that a new stall had set up selling all sorts of Jewellery. As I have mentioned before each week you could find something different in the Market, and dare I say it; now Christmas is approaching ladies will be on the lookout for those rare or different gifts, I found some lovely gifts there last year.

Saturday 3 October Brede WI Centenary Community Tea Party, 2.45 pm at Brede Village Hall. You are probably aware that 2015 is the centenary year of the Woman’s Institute. To mark this event locally Brede members are organizing this special tea party for local friends and residents. Do go along to share the occasion, celebrate with them by enjoying a delicious afternoon tea and view the exhibition of local WI history and related items of interest. The friends of St Mary’s Church Udimore invite you to a Murder Mystery evening performed by a very talented group. It will be held in Udimore Community Hall at 7pm and will include a fish and chip supper, take your own drink. Monday 5 October -4pm Age Uk East Sussex Brede Community Club needs volunteers and drivers!!! The Club opens today from 10.30am – 3.30pm. The usual Jigsaws and games etc are on offer this morning but after lunch Ian Roy’s Music will be entertaining the Clients and anyone else who wishes to go along. Sunday 11 October Brede and Udimore Overseas Group are inviting you to an afternoon tea party from 3pm – 5pm in Udimore Community Hall. Steve Sinatra will be singing Rat Pack hits to accompany the dancing. There will be a raffle and one of the prizes is 2 tickets to see Cinderella.
