Recruitment specialist Nicky Binning has joined leading online jobs board LoveLocalJobs.com as Managing Director.
Nicky takes over from Founder Gary Peters to run the day to day operations of all the LoveLocalJobs.com jobs boards, including LoveCroydonJobs.com which will launch later in 2014.
Her appointment comes at a particularly exciting time for LoveLocalJobs.com as the brand expands its services and geographic reach while working towards the launch of its new Foundation. Gary Peters will focus on the Foundation and the roll-out of regional jobs boards across the UK.
Part of Nicky’s role will be to continue the work of LoveLocalJobs.com to help candidates be work-ready through better employment skills by joining up with employers, local government and the third sector.
Nicky joins from KPMG where she held roles as Head of HR and previously Head of Recruitment, winning the Recruiter Award for Excellence Best Recruitment Team 2012.
She has more than 20 years’ experience in the recruitment industry in both large and start-up situations including Professional Services, Insurance, Investment Banking, RPO, Recruitment Agency, Business IT Solutions and a Charity.
Previous organisations include Michael Page, Spherion, JP Morgan and AXA Insurance.
A keen outdoor pursuits enthusiast and former rugby player, Nicky has worked in-house, implementing best practice recruitment strategy and operations as well as implementing and managing RPO solutions leading teams of up to 60 staff across Europe and India.
