Attendees heard from existing chairman Neil Cunliffe about how new members would be very welcome and what could be delivered by a more diverse and stronger chamber for business in Rye.

The evening also included talks from the chairmen of Hastings and Tenterden chambers about how they had increased membership and all the benefits they could now offer members.

Business owners are invited to complete a short survey on www.surveymonkey.co.uk/r/DMHQTQH.

The survey will help gauge how the Rye Business Chamber can benefit businesses and allow anyone interested to offer their help.
