Answer: “Hospitality can have a high churn rate but those who keep staff do so because they’re good employers, or they employ good staff, or both.
Look hard at your business, its culture, terms and conditions and your expectations. Would staff be proud to say they work for your company and/or you?
If they don’t recommend anyone when you’re recruiting then the answer is no. Find out why not and change it.
