Taking part in the event will be representatives from police, fire and rescue, local authorities, the NHS, and local housing association Amicus Horizon.

The East Sussex Healthcare Trust Stop Smoking Advisor will be on hand to give help and advice to local people who want to quit smoking.

Rother District police commander, and chair of Safer Rother Partnership, Trevor Botting said: “Quality Streets offers the opportunity for a multi-agency approach to deal with any concerns and improve confidence in the community

“We encourage residents to let us know about anything that affects their quality of life within the community either on the day or by contacting any of the agencies involved.”
