Girl rescued from mud in Sedlescombe wood

Fire and rescue crews pulled a girl who was stuck in the mud in a wooded area near Sedlescombe last night (Thursday, March 17).

Two East Sussex Fire and Rescue Service appliances from Hastings were sent to the incident at around 6.15pm.

Crews walked to the teenager and pulled her from the mud before leaving at about 6.40pm.
