A TEAM from Guestling Bradshaw School were on target in a penalty shoot-out to win the Hastings area competition for the Boys East Sussex Football Association Competition.
They lifted the trophy after a nail-biting final went into extra time.
Kate Tugwell, from the school, said; “This is the first time that Guestling has won this competition. It was a very close, even final with Guestling eventually winning after extra time and penalties. The final score was 2 - 1 against Sandown on penalties.
“The team will now go through to the next stage of the competition in Brighton.”
