Jim Jeffries show announced

Yet more exciting comedy news for gag-lovers here in Hastings.

Jim Jeffries is visiting 1066 Country again, this time with a preview of his Edinburgh show.

His last sortie down to these parts saw a sell-out crowd pack in Venuu, and Jeffries has become something of an adopted son here in Hastings.

Ticket details have not yet been announced by the team at Stand Up Hastings, but they are sure to go quickly, so keep your eye on the Observer's leisure pages over the coming weeks to find out when and where to snaffle them up.

The controversial Aussie was once punched in the face during a set in Manchester and his show is certainly not for the light-hearted or easy-offended. However, he is always sure of a warm welcome here in Hastings.
