Bernardine is Deputy Mayor

RYE Councillor Bernardine Fiddimore was voted in as Deputy Mayor Elect when Rye Town Councill met on Monday.

The Mayor elect had already been named and is Cllr Shaun Rogers.

Mayor Making takes place at the Town Hall in May and see the traditional throwing of hot pennies from the chamber window.
