Scarecrows and autumn skies at Pett

SCARECROWS were springing up at Pett Church on Saturday when the church held its’s Michaelmas Extravaganza.

Clear, sunny weather enabled visitors to take tea among the tombstones while admiring the scarecrows on display.

Inside the church there were stalls and crafts on display while Pett W.I. provided tea and cakes.

The Friends of Pett Churches will be holding a jumble sale in the village hall on Saturday October 20 from 1.30pm.
