Virgin Soldiers to headline Battle music festival

UP-AND-COMING local band Virgin Soldiers have been confirmed to headline this weekend’s Battle Rocks Music Festival.

The band, whose members hail from Battle, Hastings and Kent, will take to the stage on the second day of the festival, (Saturday September 8) at around 7-7.30pm.

Earlier in the year the Virgin Soldiers, who recently released their debut single Moon Song, supported Battle boys Keane at the Hastings Beer and Music Festival.

Battle Rocks will take place at Battle Recreation Ground, North Trade Road, on September 7 and 8.

The weekend will mark the end of Battle’s Big Event.
