THERE were record numbers gathered to enjoy the fun and games at the Westfield School and Village Fete.
There were plenty of attractions on the day, including morris dancers, maypole dancing, a giant inflatable gorilla and a rodeo bull, which proved very popular.
The fete also featured stalls from the WI, The Westfield Hub and the fire service.
Rye and Hastings MP Amber Rudd was among those who enjoyed the event.
She said: “I’d like to thank all those that helped to organise this year’s fete and to the school for allowing the community to use their grounds to hold the fete.
“It was a great success and everyone involved should be very proud of this year’s achievement.”
