CHILDREN at Beckley Primary School enjoyed bobbing for dough nuts and apples on string when the school held a fun Easter Fair.
The event, organised for the children by the Beckley School Association raised more than £300.
Children had great fun guessing the name of the bunny, the weight of the cake and estimating how many sweets in a jar. There were other fun activities including a chocolate tombola.
Money raised from the Fair will be used to fund the upcoming cycling proficiencies and an exciting workshop based on William Morris.
Beckley school’s Summer fete, on Saturday July 5, will be themed to commemorate the start of WW1 and children, staff and visitors are invited to enter the spirit and dress accordingly.
