NEXT month sees the sixth Fun Cycle and Le Tour de Rye et Romney Marsh challenge.
Organised by the Rye and Winchelsea Rotary Club and Rye and District Wheelers it promises to be another memorable day for both families and dedicated cyclists with four separate routes ranging from 10km up to 100km.
All the routes start at the Rye Club at 9am in Market Road and finish back in Rye where all those that complete their courses will be presented with medals.
This year the event is on Sunday, October 14.
Derek Bayntun, from Rye and Winchelsea Rotary Club, said: “With all the interest there has been this year with Bradley Wiggins, the Olympics and sport in general there has been a lot of interest in this event.
“We’re looking forward to another memorable fun event which will also raise money for local charities.”
