Man impaled on pub railings

A MAN was taken to hospital after becoming impaled on railings outside a Camber pub on Wednesday evening (May 8).

Rye firefighters were called to The Camber Castle pub in Lydd Road at 6pm following reports a man aged in his 50s had impaled his arm.

The man was treated by a doctor at the scene and taken to the Conquest Hospital.
