Netherfield Church – Sunday August 29 is joint Holy Communion at Mountfield at 10 am. Another event was held this week, the quiz at The White Hart. Again this was very well supported with eight teams taking part. It was very close all the way through with the final decider being the rather tough anagram marathons. I thought it was absolutely brilliant, well my team won after being nearly there so many times and yes, Richard’s team was there! Thanks to everyone who came along and made it an enjoyable evening and yet again, thank you to Sean for compiling a really good quiz and for raising £145 for our church. Paul Smith Church Warden.
