NORTHIAM’S Frewen College has appointed Nick Goodman as its new Principal.
Frewen College is the area’s only specialist school for dyslexic children and rated as one of the top in the country.
Mr Goodman takes over at the end of the current academic year upon the retirement of the incumbent Mrs Linda Smith.
Mr Goodman has held a number of Senior Leadership roles, including most recently Vice Principal at CATS College, an international college in Canterbury, and prior to that Assistant Headteacher and Director of Specialism at Mascalls School, a large and very successful comprehensive school in Paddock Wood.
His background is in the Arts, and he spent ten years as Head of Creative and Performing Arts at Munich International School.

“I very much look forward to working with the whole school community to build on the impressive achievements to date, and to ensure we help our pupils to achieve the highest possible standards to equip them for success in 21st Century life.”
