It has been necessary for Pett and District Horticultural Society (P&DHS) to make different arrangements to the Car Park for this year’s show.

As in past years, Brian and Anne Barker have kindly given permission for visitors to park in Church Meadow. The entrance will be via the farm track opposite Pannel Lane between the properties Wayside and Pannel End.

Traffic will work with a one- way system allowing Blue Badge Holders and stalls requiring support vehicles to park on the Recreation Ground, via a cordoned off route. Traffic will exit the show from Church Meadow by this route to Pett Road

P&DHS will be signposting the correct entrance and recruiting attendants to control the flow of traffic.

The main gate to the Recreation Ground will be open as usual from 8.00 am until 13.30 hours allowing the entries to be displayed in the Marquee and the set- up of stalls. The gate into Church Meadow will be closed until 13.30. All non-essential vehicles must be moved to Church Meadow via the Pannel Lane entrance and the main gate to the Recreation Ground will become a No Entry point.
