Christmas presents have been donated to the Kipling Children’s ward at the Conquest Hospital.
The gifts were delivered by representatives of specialist ambulance service, Secure Care UK, and will be given to children who are in hospital on Christmas Day and over the festive period.
Marc Sayce, operations manager for Secure Care UK said: “We have donated these gifts on behalf of Secure Care UK Specialist Ambulance service, we wish all the children and staff at the Conquest Hospital a very happy Christmas.”
Caroline Stephenson, from Kipling Ward, added: “We are grateful to Secure Care UK for the donation of Christmas presents for the children. I am sure they will make a difference to the children who are unlucky enough to find themselves on the ward on Christmas Day and hopefully they will bring a smile to their faces.”
