VOTERS head to the polls today (Thursday) to elect county councillors in wards across rural Rother District and Wealden District.

Each ward returns one councillor, except for Hailsham and Herstmonceux, which returns two.

Votes are being counted tonight at The De La Warr Pavilion in Bexhill tomorrow (Friday).
