Winchelsea Beach village voice

Horse Stingers & Devil’s Darning Needles is the activity arranged by the Rye Harbour Nature Reserve for Sunday 8th July, from 2 to 4 pm.

The meeting place is Brede Lock and the plan is to get a closer look at colourful, elegant and harmless creatures including dragon flies and damselflies. There is no cost but donations would be much appreciated.

The Mobile Library will be in Sea Road on Wednesday 11th July at its usual time of 11.55 am to 12.30 pm.

An evening of Bingo will take place on Wednesday 11th July at 7.15 for 7.30 pm in the Community Hall. Friends and families are always welcome and light refreshments will be available.

The Jubilee Dance, during the Jubilee weekend in June went off very well and everyone had a good time. WBCA are pleased to announce that they made £200 which will go towards the cost of repairs for the Community Hall.
