Money could be better spent

What a waste of our seawater!

What a waste of our seawater moat which is over 20 miles wide at the shortest distance.

Britain is almost unique in Europe, even the European Union, by being endowed geographically with an island status.

Parliament has now voted to include bombing in Syria.

The Typhoons and Jaguars will shortly be directed to carry out their deadly mission.

Consider the cost of this. Consider the repercussions that will include a UK terrorist reprisal campaign.

If Britain put as much money into a massive UK Border Force I believe we would not be at risk of such home terrorist atrocities.

Money that is now to be spent on our expensive fighter jets abroad would surely be better spent on their primary role of defence of our island and spent to provide security at the main places of incursion, the English Channel.

The Atlantic and Irish sea ports, the North Sea and our airports.

Surely the massive cost of a questionable war by our brave crews is better spent on homeland security rather than putting their lives at risk.
