Abseil for hospice
You'll have to hurry if you want to take part in the 2008 Abseil in aid of St Michael's Hospice.
With only 100 places available well over half have now been taken.
If anyone would like to take part in the Abseil, which takes place on Sunday July 20 at Ocean House, London Road, St Leonards on Sea, please call Marcia Dart on 01424 201838 for a registration pack.
St Michael's Hospice asks for a £10 registration fee and a pledge to raise a minimum of £100 in sponsorship.
Ocean House offers an abseil of 128' – which is a challenge and achievement for those taking part but they are in the safe hands of Wildtrack who manage the event.
St Michaels Hospice has to raise over £3 million each and every year in order to offer its wide range of services to the communities within Hastings & Rother.
