Police are holding a cycle marking and crime prevention day at Rye's Tilling Green on Saturday.
The event follows the success of a cycle marking and safety event at Freda Gardham School earlier this year when dozens of youngsters brought their bikes along to be security marked and learned safer riding skills.

Rye police community support officer Dan Bevan said: "Bring your child's bike along and get it marked for free, and chat to representatives from the Safer Rother Partnership, and your local officers from the Neighbourhood Support Team."

The event takes place outside the Tilling Green shops from 10am - 4pm.
