VISITORS to Bodiam Castle this Bank Holiday weekend will be treated to a slice of dramatic history.
Heathcliff Heroics, top professional historical interpreters, will be putting on a display of medieval theatre.
Designed to inform and entertain children and adults alike, there will also be some storytelling and good humoured banter.
Anyone who thought that life as a Medieval player was all 'hey nonny nonny', should visit Bodiam and find out what it was really like a hundred years before Shakespeare's time.
Heathcliff Heroics will be at the castle tomorrow (Saturday), Sunday and Monday, 11am-4pm.
There is no extra charge above normal admission.
Bodiam Castle is owned by the National Trust and is open every day of the week, 10.30am-6pm until October 31, and at weekends during the winter.
