News from Sedlescombe
IT doesn't seem possible that a year has gone by since I treated you to a Les Dawson arrangement of All Things Bright and Beautiful at last year's Garden Society social.

Tomorrow's event promises to be the best yet and the organisers are hoping for a good crowd to usher in the new gardening year.
Don't let them down!

I am sure the Society will have thanked outgoing Chairman Chris Hone and his wife for all their hard work for the gardening group but it can never be over done, so thank you both.

The Players continue their frequent and hardworking rehearsals for the panto at the end of the month. Make sure you get your tickets and avoid disappointment. Full details and tickets are available at the shop.

I am thinking of making representation to Her Majesty to have the entire population of Sedlescombe honoured in the next List.

If anyone deserves it, you do, for all the kindness and goodwill expended to those in need which includes me at the moment.

Not sure what success I shall have.

I was bought a book called 'Old Git Wit' for Christmas and will be sharing some of the quips with you from time to time.

One of my favourites is you should keep old people off health foods, they need all the preservatives they can get.
