Adams penalty earns point

Hastings United fought out a 1-1 draw at home to Canvey Island today (Saturday).

A second half penalty from Sam Adams earned The U's a draw in their first Ryman Football League Premier Division fixture to beat the weather in a fortnight.

United's latest new signing, Ross Treleaven, a striker from Worthing who is dual-registered with Eastbourne Borough, came on for Tim Olorunda with half-an-hour to go.
