Hastings Priory are through to finals’ day in the Gray-Nicolls Sussex T20 Cup.

Priory booked their place at Preston Nomads CC on Sunday July 31 by beating Sussex Cricket League Premier Division rivals East Grinstead and Eastbourne on Sunday.

They amassed 150-6 batting first against Grinstead with George Campbell 52 not out before restricting their opponents to 119-9 in reply.

That set up a clash with hosts Eastbourne later in the afternoon. Eastbourne were all out for 100 batting first and Priory reached their target for the loss of three wickets, Harry Finch top-scoring with an unbeaten 40.

Priory, Nomads and Horsham - the top three in the Premier Division - will be joined by Division Three (West) outfit Billingshurst in finals’ day at Nomads’ ground in Fulking. The draw is yet to be made.
