Be a part of The Mystery of Edwin Drood.

THE British summer might be nigh upon us, but Battle Light Opera Group is gearing up for auditions for their festive holiday treat, The Mystery of Edwin Drood.

The whodunit musical is based upon the book of the same name by Charles Dickens, which owing to his untimely death, was never finished.

Now, thanks to some amazing music and lyrics, Drood audiences will be able to vote for who they think the real murderer was meant to be.

If singing, acting or dancing is your thing, why not come along to the familiarisation night on June 26, 7.30pm at Battle Memorial Hall.

There will also be a help night (to work out those trickier notes) on July 3, followed by auditions in the hall at 10am July 6.

BLOG would also love to hear from anyone who would be happy to help out behind the scenes.

Anyone with any questions about BLOG and the forthcoming show is asked to visit www.battlelightoperagroup.org.uk or visit the group’s Facebook page.

You can also email info@sevenfieldsfarm to ask the director if you have any specific questions.
