Chances to enjoy a popular local choir

Sound Waves Community Choir has three performances to look forward to this month and with new musical director Debbie Warren, is going from strength to strength.

This coming Sunday (April 3) at 3pm they are performing at Beatles Day at the White Rock Theatre and will be singing four a cappella arrangements. They are back at the White Rock the following Saturday (April 9) as they have been chosen to accompany Blake in concert. Finally on Sunday April 24 they will stage At the Movies at the Kino Teatr in Norman Road, St Leonards, in aid of Snowflake and Friary Gardeners for which they raised over £800 with their Christmas Concert. Since forming in 2009 the choir has raised over £12,000 for local causes.

Sound Waves is keen to welcome new members and is open to all – no auditions. For more go to www.soundwaveschoir.org.uk
