Good music from the Alan Stuart Octet

Alan has pulled together some of the guys who've put in most it down the decades for a date at Chichester Jazz Club.

Alan, who's lived at Bracklesham Bay for the past three years, will be leading the line-up at Chichester's Pallant Suite on Friday May 16.

The octet had a CD about three years ago called It's About Time - a title which was doubly appropriate, echoing the feeling it was about time they did one and also underlining the point that time is exactly what jazz is about.
