THE first meeting of the year will be an Extend Exercise Class, which will be held at the Royal Victoria Hotel, St. Leonards on March 31 at 2.30pm.

Monday, October 20: Osteoporosis: Your Questions Answered: Dr. Edward Henderson. A short AGM will be held before the talk.
