The next BLOG production Merrily We Roll Along begins runs from November 10-12 at the Battle Memorial Hall and will benefit Muscular Dystrophy.

This award-winning Broadway musical written by Stephen Sondheim revolves around a talented composer who abandons his friends and song writing career to become a Hollywood movie producer.

The story starts at the height of his fame and moves backwards through time, showing important snapshots of his life and ending with his humble beginnings.

As can be expected from any Sondheim production, the music is challenging and filled with amazing harmonies and beautiful melodies which, combined with an interesting story line filled with humour, promises to be another fine production.

Ticket prices range from £5-£13 with a matinee on Saturday November 12 and can be booked by calling 01424 21140 or visiting www.battlelightopera.com. F
