The former Law Courts building in Eastbourne town centre is currently being demolished to make way for housing.

Eastbourne council agreed to buy the building in March last year and demolition work recently got underway.

No planning application has been submitted for the site, according to the council’s website but last year the council said it would be ideal for redevelopment to provide much needed homes.
