Eastbourne photography competition winners announced

Jane de Weck Photography, based on South Street, launched two competitions last year with prizes being professional photo shoots for the winners.

The smile competition asked for children with the best smiles and the Halloween competition wanted to see the everyone’s pumpkin creations.

The competitions were judged in December by David Scott-Ralphs and David Barclay from St Wilfrid’s Hospice, Luke Johnson from Your Eastbourne Business Improvement District and Jane de Weck, the owner of Jane de Weck Photography.

Jane said, “Thank you to everyone for sending in your photographs of smiling children and pumpkins. It was a joy to see so many wonderful images.

“Congratulations to all our winners and we look forward to seeing you for your photo shoots in the new year.

“Thank you also to our judges for taking time out of their busy days in the run up to Christmas.”
