Hastings and St Leonards has seen a number of its favourite pubs shut their doors over the last few decades.

The Admiral Benbow, in London Road, closed in 2008
The Angel, in St Mary's Terrace, closed in 2009
The Beaconsfield, in Hughenden Road, closed in 2009
The Bohemia Arms, in Bohemia Road, closed in 1971
The Bulverhythe Public House, Bexhill Road, closed in 2010. The building, which became a supermarket, was demolished last year
