Sedlescombe Fitness is inviting people to nominate someone they know who is recovering from injury or illness and may benefit from free personal training and therapy sessions worth £560.
The fitness centre is run by personal trainer Sam Fuller and craniosacral therapist Suzie Millns.
Craniosacral therapy is CST is a very gentle yet powerful treatment that primarily focuses on how the body expresses itself around the central nervous system and is effective for a number of conditions.
Suzie said: “We are offering a free weekly combined session consisting of one hour personal training followed by a one hour treatment of craniosacral therapy for a two month period.
“If you know someone who is recovering from injury or illness and could do with some gentle help and support to rebuild their strength, stamina and overall health and well being please let us know and we will choose a lucky winner by February 14.
“Give as much information as to why you or your nominee would benefit including the nature of their existing condition and current challenges and any limitations. We also want to hear if you have a particular goal you would like to achieve.
