“Here to help” are in the need of volunteers in the Beckley area as there is only one volunteer who is now getting very busy. They help Elderly and young people when they first come out of hospital. It might be offering transport to the doctor or hospital, even doing a little shopping or helping to cook a meal. People are still parking their cars and work vans on the pavements in Beckley main street, please be aware that the local police are aware of this problem. Just take a minute to check if you have left enough room for a mother and push chair to get through! They shouldn’t have to go on the main road to pass your car or work men’s van.
