Best show off dance skills

Fourteen dancers from Barnham Primary School were chosen to perform at an event to celebrate the best in creativity.

The ten and 11-year-old pupils were the only ones from previous Artsmark Gold winners selected to show their skills at the latest Artsmark award ceremony in Horsham.

They performed Romeo and Juliet.

Katie Howard, the school's year six leader and choreographer, said: 'This was such an exciting experience for the children. To be invited to perform at such a prestigious event was an honour.'

The standard of dance and choreography was highly praised by guests at the ceremony.

The pupils also performed the dance at the DanceTime Festival in Worthing as well as other community events.
