Bexhill plans in the pipeline

THE following planning applications have been received by Rother District Council:

• 15 Eversley Road – replacement of existing timber framed windows with upvc double glazed type. New windows to be in style of replaced windows to second floor.

• 113A Dorset Road – certificate of lawfulness of existing first and second floor maisonette.

• Conquest House, Collington Avenue – extension of proposed upper car park to provide an additional 20 parking spaces and the creation of a pedestrian footpath for emergency purposes only onto Cranston Avenue, plus installation of two four-metre high lighting columns and emergency lighting.

• Conquest House, Collington Avenue – provision and permanent retention of car parks previously approved.

• Conquest House, Collington Avenue – alterations to the existing main car park, provision of four visitor parking bays, alterations to pedestrian routes, improvements to cycle parking facilities, replacement lighting and alterations to the designated smoking area.

• 19 Hastings Road, Glebeside – extension to improve existing flat and provide one new maisonette.

• 52 London Road – change of use from A1 retail use to A3 seating only annexe to existing restaurant located within adjoining premises.

• 51 South Cliff – extension of existing garage.

Little Common Royal British Legion Club, Meads Avenue – replacement streetworks pole, replacement antennae and replacement equipment cabinet.

• The Lodge, St Francis Chase – certificate of lawfulness for existing use (class C2).

• The Colonnade, West Parade – rendering of the brick walls to the Bexhill Colonnade terraces.

• 14 Green Lane – single storey rear extension to form study and entrance lobby.
