The Corner carpets Player of the Season was Richard Colegate. Harry Smeed took the Batting, Player’s Player and Best Fielder Trophies as well as receiving a medal for 100+ runs in one inning, Paul Barnett was Best Bowler and Champagne Moment went to Julian Hanshaw.

Bodiam lost the 4th annual match against Wanderers for the John Towner Memorial Trophy. After expenses a total of £200 was raised through raffle and match fees and sent to Prostrate UK in memory of Mr Bodiam Cricket.

Bodiam Cricket Club entered a team into the Indoor Weekend League winning 3 games and losing 3 putting Bodiam in second place overall.

The annual meal was again held at the Red Lion, Brede an enjoyable time was had by all.

Car Parking: Oh what an Easter Monday Bodiam had and still the National Trust cannot get car parking right even though the fields of the National Trust were open and not wet, it took me ten minutes in a car to get from the Old Rectory, half way up Bodiam Hill to the National Trust. One day National Trust you will sort this out along with other matters.

St Giles: Next service is on the 19th April at 11.15am and will be Holy Communion.
