It was good to have Karen Stafford: the new general manager of the National Trust Bodiam Castle. I felt that Karen would work with us all for the good of Bodiam and not just Bodiam Castle and we may see Father Christmas back at the castle. The old boy can help get more young people back at the castle and the National Trust needs more young people as members.

I would like to say a big thank you: to Pat Buckle, the Locum Clerk to Bodiam Parish Council for all the hard work she put in. It was a pleasure to work with her and for Pat to work for the council.

Some of the village: go to Waitrose to shop and by Spring 2019 they will have removed all plastic packaging and we will have paper bags.

On of the shops gives all the plastic bag money to the local school, who do need the money.

I would like to determine in my mind what is the right way to go with plastics, recycling and the environment.
