Busiest summer for holiday parks
Holiday parks at Rye Harbour and Winchelsea have reported their busiest summer in memory.
Both Frenchman’s Beach, at Rye Harbour and Winchelsea Sands were packed during the summer months.
Park Holidays UK director Tony Clish said: “Visitors from our parks spend millions of pounds each year in the area, and we’re delighted that so many local businesses, from cafes to shops, are sharing in our success.”
He added: “Bookings for autumn are extremely strong, and are also extending in the winter months.”
